NEW YORK, NY – August X, 2024—Wacoal, the nation's leading designer intimate apparel brand, is proud to have pop icon Taylor Dayne as the spokesperson for its Fit for the Cure® campaign to support the fight against breast cancer. Renowned for her hit singles "Tell It To My Heart," "Love Will Lead You Back," and, most recently, her chart-topping remix with DJ trio Cash Cash, Taylor Dayne is a strong voice for cancer awareness and early detection.
"Being part of the Fit for the Cure® campaign with Wacoal and Susan G. Komen® is a powerful way to make a difference. The stories of courage and hope I've heard are unforgettable. This fall, I'm dedicated to spreading the message of early detection and supporting those touched by breast cancer even more." says Taylor Dayne.
From September 13 to November 1, more than 450 Fit for the Cure® events will take place in the United States. Wacoal will donate $5 for every person who receives a complimentary bra fitting and purchases a regular-price Wacoal or b.tempt'd bra at an event. Over one million women have received bra fittings at Fit for the Cure® events.
Through Fit for the Cure® and other initiatives, Wacoal has donated over $6 million to Komen. One hundred percent of these funds go to Komen's direct patient support services, including their Patient Care Center, which provides access to breast health services, financial assistance, information about clinical trials, breast health and breast cancer education, and more.
